Likes: Nathan, trucks, magnetic letters, anything soft (she loves to hug things), eating dirt, her parents, balloons - most things, really.
Dislikes: Not being held if Nathan's being held, being fed (not feeding herself), drinking bottles if not holding something to play with
Favorite Foods: Chicken, strawberries, cheerios, blueberries, bread
Cute quirks: Her entire being seems like a cute quirk to me. She loves to goof and make us laugh no matter if it's trying to eat our noses or play peek-a-boo. She's just generally looking for a reason to be delighted with the world.
Not so cute quirks: There's been a bit more "eh eh eh" in our lives lately, especially when she's under the weather. I know that language will help this, but whining has never been my favorite thing. She's also VERY persistent. If she gets it into her head that she would like to play with a toy/go up the stairs/touch the bathtub faucet she will do so, or attempt to do so indeterminately, no mater how many times you redirect or try to retrain her. After about 30 times of moving her hand from the faucet in a bath I just had to get her out because she was convinced it was a game, and I was starting to lose my mind.
Knows: Where her head is. We're working on nose and ears (not there yet). Clapping, waving, she's now walking about half of the time and has made it all the way across the room a few times without any falls. Like I said, she's quite determined.

She imitates everything Nathan does including his sounds and actions. If he's playing a plastic tube like a horn, she's playing a plastic tube like a horn.
Vivian says (not sure we've had much new):
Mama
Dada
Ba (bottle/ball)
Thank you (I swear she says this)
