Baking with Nathan

Nathan is the best assistant I could ask for in the kitchen. He is just so genuinely thrilled to be helping. We were making cookies around Christmas and it was the first time he's gotten to lick the spoon, as it were. He was pretty over the moon about it. I told him he could have anything that was on the hook. He quickly figured out the loophole and stuck the licked clean hook back in the bowl for a little more. I should have been more precise.
