These boys are too cute for words together. There was a great plan of matching ties and suspenders, but with a failed Etsy purchase we were going to make due with similar outfits. They both started out the day in ties, but by the time they were both awake at the same time and we got around to taking these, they had gotten a bit more comfortable. I don't think it matters much. They were both great for the shoot, and just so you know, I took about 4 times as many as I am posting. Nathan was fascinated with Carter, and Carter politely kept his hands to himself. I can't say the same for my own child.
Oh, and see those red cheeks? Our boy has his first tooth! P has shown it's little head, and we are anxiously awaiting O. Yesterday was the first time we gave him Motrin during the day. Carter, once again showed his precociousness, and his O and P popped up yesterday. Mom discovered them much to Jenny and Kurt's surprise. Jenny had checked the day before and hadn't even seen any swelling. If only we could be so lucky. Good boy, Carter.

"No way! Get out of here!" |
"Nathan, don't touch his face." |
"But look at that hair, Dad. It's so soft" |
"And what fine ears he has." |
"My parents say if I can't keep my hands to myself they'll move me." |
"I'll just sit here with my feet crossed until someone comes and takes the crazy kid away." |
