Apple Picking with the Thoburns

We had a great time apple picking with the Thoburns. The orchard we went to even has an "adult" tap room that would have been a lot of fun if we hadn't been hanging with the 3 and under crowd. Maybe next year! The kids all got along great, though most of the apples had been plucked by the time we got there. At one point Vivian was overwhelmed by the bulkiness of her coat (it's still a bit large on her) and while walking over some uneven ground totally tumbled and couldn't get up (see photo). I felt a little guilty taking a picture before rescuing her, but she wasn't really crying *that* hard, and it really was quite funny. Yay for Fall!
